Ashfakullah Khan was a revolutionary and a freedom fighter who laid his life for the independence of his country India. He is one of the greatest martyrs of India. Ashfaqulla Khan was born on October 22, 1900 in Shahjhanpur in Uttar Pradesh. His father was a Pathan. His name was Shafiqualla Khan, and was a devout Muslim.
