Lala Lajpat Rai was born in the land of five rivers that has not only given birth to one but innumerable stories of braver y and courage. On this soil and land was born, ‘Punjab Kesari’ Lala Lajpat Rai. He was born on 28th Januar y 1865, in a small town called Jagraon in the Firozpur district of Punjab . His father was Lala Radha Kishan and his mother was Gulab Devi. They were originally from Punjab.
