Un’Archeologia del “Noi” Cristiano

In the beginning he was a man who interpreted his mission on earth in the sense of attracting other men out of their spaces (houses, families, businesses, villages) and their (historical) time to lead them to himself towards other spaces (wherever he went ) by virtue of the alternation of another (eschatological) time. This man was sentenced to death and died. Starting from the days immediately following his believed resurrection, the process with which other men, in his name, devote themselves to re-situating themselves and the whole of humanity in formal frameworks significantly reconfigured by the Christ event begins: processes at the same time mental and social structured by the double tension between the traditional spaces of the world and those peculiar to the “church”, between the present time of history and that of its incipient end. In this book something like a new social identity of believers in Christ is observed in the vicissitudes of its constitution in relation to four of the main areas of subjectivation of the ancient world: humanity, the ethnos, the city, the philosophical school.
